From one-of-one shirts to group orders, InkForged Lab turns your idea, logo, photo, or artwork into made-to-order apparel. We can supply the garment, or you can provide an eligible garment and print-ready artwork.
How Custom Orders Work

1. Share Your Idea
Tell us the garment type, quantity, sizes, colors, print locations, deadline, and whether you are supplying artwork or garments.

2. Review Your Quote
We review your request, artwork, garment needs, and production details, then provide your price and next steps.

3. Approve and Pay
Approve the artwork, placement, and quote. A deposit or full payment may be required before materials are ordered.

4. Production Begins
Production starts after payment, garment details, and final approval. Final payment is due before pickup, delivery, or shipping.
Custom Apparel Pricing
The prices below are starting prices for standard T-shirts and print sizes. Final pricing depends on the garment style, size, artwork condition, print size, number of placements, quantity, and turnaround time.
Pricing Details
InkForged Lab Supplies the Shirt
Left-chest design - Starting at $22
One full-size front or back design - Starting at $25
Front and back designs - Starting at $32
Front, back and one sleeve placement - starting at $36
Full build: front, back, two sleeve placements, and a standard IFL branding when applicable - starting at $42
Print-ready customer artwork is accepted with no separate design fee. Artwork cleanup, reconstruction, or redesign is charged separately.
Customer Supplies the Garment and Artwork
Small chest, sleeve, or hem placement - $7 each
Full front or full back design - $12 each
Customer-branded neck label -$5
Minimum pressing charge - $15
Artwork must be print ready and require no cleanup, resizing, reconstruction, or redesign. Customer-supplied garments must be clean and suitable for heat pressing.
Customer-supplied garments are pressed at the customer's risk. InkForged Lab is not responsible for damage caused by garment defects, hidden stains, prior, treatments, heat-sensitive materials, or incorrect manufacturer information.
Placement, Name, and Number Add-ons
Additional small sleeve or hem placement - +$5 per garment
Additional full-size placement - +$10 garment
Customer-branded neck label - +$5 per garment
Individual name - +$5 per garment
Small number placement, one or two digits - +5 per garment
Large back number, one or two digits - +$8 per garment
Name and number combination - +$10 per garment
Numbers containing three or more digits - Custom quote based on finished size
Oversized print - +$5-$10
Number pricing covers one complete number placement on one garment. A two-digit number such as 23 is not charged as two separate digits.
Artwork Preparation and Design Services
Print=ready customer artwork requiring no changes - No design fee
Basic resizing or file formatting - $5-$10
Background Removal or basic clean-up - $10-$20
Resolution improvement or artwork reconstruction - $20-$40
Basic text arrangement - Starting at $15
Customized design and layout - $25-$40

Major redraw or vector reconstruction - Custom quote
Two reasonable revisions are included with paid design work. Additional revisions are $10 each. A completely new concept is treated as new design work.

Premium blanks, long sleeve Shirts, Sweatshirts, Hoodies, Jackets, and Specialty garments are priced according to the garment cost and production requirements.
Size surcharges apply only when InkForged Lab supplies the garment.
Bulk-Order Pricing
5-11 qualifying garments -$2 off each
12-23 qualifying garments - $3 off each
24-49 qualifying garments - $4 off each
50 or more garments - Custom quote
Bulk discounts generally apply when garments use the same artwork and standard print placement. Different names, numbers, designs, specialty garments, multiple print locations, individual packaging, and rush service may affect the final price.
Ordering, Payment, and Rush Policies
A 50% deposit is required for most custom orders before garments or materials are ordered and substantial design work begins.
Small individual orders may require full payment upfront.
Deposits become nonrefundable after custom materials are ordered or the customer approves the final artwork.
Final payment is required before pickup, delivery, or shipping.
Rush service is subject to availability and adds 25% to the order total.
Shipping and delivery charges are calculated separately.
Production time begins after the required payment, garment details, and final artwork approval have been received.
Custom and personalized merchandise is final sale unless InkForged Lab made a production error or the item arrived defective.
InkForged Lab and Customer Branding
Standard InkForged Lab neck labels and maker marks, when applicable, are included in the shirt price and are not charged as customer add-ons.
IFL branding is placed on commissioned customer work only with the customer’s approval, especially for uniforms, business merchandise, family reunions, events, or another brand’s products.

Customer branding must be supplied as print-ready artwork. Artwork preparation charges may apply if changes are needed.
